Abby Swartz is the office manager, event coordinator, marketing guru, recruitment team, benefits manager, travel planner, team-building officer, job satisfaction advocate, and IT liaison. That’s a lot of hats… but she loves it. Since 2015, Abby has seen the company grow from 8 employees to where GuideOn Group is now with over 60 employees and growing. She came in with no prior transportation or logistics experience but hit the ground running. Abby is motivated by the variety of tasks she tackles each day and the people she works with, describing the team as smart, compassionate, and fun-loving. “They make us who we are.” She strives to come through for her co-workers, being as helpful and trustworthy as she can be. Abby holds an English degree from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). On the weekends, you’ll find Abby and her partner, Davis, enjoying the balance of being on the go and doing absolutely nothing. This could include playing outside with their two rescue dogs, adding to her rock collection, or relaxing at home.
